We are honoured to have Tina Sinclair of (Director, O’Connell Advisory) as keynote of this 45-minute webinar focusing on meeting expectations in Quality in Care and Safety post the Royal Commission report, as well as the impact of organisational culture on outcomes. The webinar will focus on:

  • Key expectations
  • Critical analysis of the implications for care providers;
  • Review of the current compliance landscape;
  • The significance of organisational culture.

Tina Sinclair is a Director of O’Connell Advisory – a boutique consulting firm specialising in health, aged care and disability.

Tina has over 25 years experience in the health, aged care and disability sectors during which time she has held various senior positions including Executive Manager of private hospitals and a residential aged care facility, and has managed operations for a small residential aged care group. Whilst initially interested in operational management and financial management Tina subsequently became interested in quality management and successfully supported seven different private hospitals to be assessed as compliant with the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems standard.

Since 2015 Tina has almost continuously provided advisor services to residential aged care providers under sanctions, specialising in operations and governance. She and her team now also provide independent assessments against the Aged Care Standards, drawing on their experience with aged care providers under sanctions to guide and assist providers to improve their understanding and compliance.
